"My first impression wasn’t great because..."
My first impression wasn’t great because the delivery showed up late that first time. After that, though, the tracking updates were mostly decent and kept me in the loop. Overall, kind of hit or miss, but not terrible.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
It got here okay, but like I said, the packaging could’ve been better. The corners barely had any protection, and like I said, I’m just glad nothing was seriously damaged.

the small table I got from clicknfurnish.com is fine for what I paid. It’s not amazing quality or anything, but I wasn’t really expecting top-end furniture at this price. Delivery took a little longer than I hoped, and I noticed a few tiny marks on the finish, but nothing too serious. It still looks decent in the room and does the job, so overall I’d say it’s fair value.

"Order updates could be better"
My order went through without any issues, so that part was totally fine :) But the communication after that was kinda just okay. I got the usual confirmation email, then it was quiet for a few days.
I ended up messaging them to see what was going on. They did get back to me and were polite, which I appreciated, but I feel like updates should come a bit sooner without the customer having to ask!

"Support came through, but it took some nudging"
They did eventually get back to me and help out, but I had to follow up a couple of times before getting a response. To me, it felt like the support was there, just not as quick or proactive as I would’ve hoped.

"Easy site to use"
I found what I needed quickly, and the site was easy to get around. Pages loaded fine, checkout was simple, and the filters actually helped a lot. There wasn’t any unnecessary hassle or extra steps, which I really appreciated. Overall, it just made the whole process quick and easy.

"Assembly Was Fine, Just Not Super Smooth"
The furniture looks good once it’s all put together, so I’m not saying it’s a bad product or anything. But the assembly was a little frustrating, honestly. The instructions could definitely be clearer, and it ended up taking me longer than I expected. I did manage to get it done in the end, but it wasn’t exactly as straightforward as I was hoping

I ordered a side table the description was right on. The size, color, and material all matched what was shown, which I really appreciate because it feels like the honest way to sell something. No surprises or misleading details, just what I expected. I’d feel good trusting their descriptions again

"Refund was fast, but I felt brushed off"
I ended up returning my chair, and to be fair, the refund came through faster than I expected. That part was easy. I just didn’t love how the whole thing felt when I reached out, like my concerns were kind of dismissed instead of actually heard.
